Policies

At our lodge, we prioritize your comfort and safety, and these policies have been carefully crafted to maintain a harmonious and relaxing environment for all our guests.

  • We do not permit any pets, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, or any other animals within the lodge's indoor and outdoor areas. This policy extends to guest rooms, public spaces, and the lodge's surrounding grounds.

    Exceptional Circumstances: While we recognize the special bond between pets and their owners, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy, except for service animals. We welcome service animals, as defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), to assist guests with disabilities.

    If you have a situation where bringing a pet is necessary or essential to your stay, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance. Please contact our reservations team to discuss your needs, and we will do our best to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.

  • Receive a full refund of your payment by canceling within 48 hours of booking. The amount of refund may vary based on the number of days before the cancellation, ranging from a partial refund to no refund.

  • No charges for cancellations made within 48 hours.

  • To protect our local fish populations and ensure an enjoyable fishing experience for all our guests, we have implemented a Catch and Release Fishing Policy.

    All fishing activities are strictly catch and release. This means that any fish caught during your fishing excursion must be promptly released back into the water.
